CHALLENGES

onono establishes alliances with universities in which undergraduate and graduate students from the best educational institutions focus on creating innovative solutions for the real demands of the business world.

Students experience the new management model not only to prepare them to operate in the best businesses in Brazil and in the world, but also to help transform these businesses.

The goal is to challenge students to propose innovative and disruptive solutions to the real demands of BASF.

HACKATON

The students dedicate themselves, in marathon, to developing technological solutions with real pilots. Products, services or new businesses can be created in collaboration with BASF professionals and their customers.

Submissions are judged and the best teams receive an award.

MENTORING

We have selected internal challenges from BASF areas so that educational startups can present alternatives on how they can help with the solution using available technologies.

During the development of the challenge, BASF employees act as mentors in edtechs to help them with doubts and gaps in the startup structure.
